Club Cinepolis membership and its benefits are offered at the discretion of Cinepolis. Cinepolis and its partners have the right, without limitation, to change, limit, modify or cancel Club Cinepolis rules, regulations, rewards, and reward levels at any time, with or without notice, even though such changes may affect the value of points already accumulated, the ability to use accumulated points, or the ability to obtain certain rewards. Cinepolis and its partners may, among other things: (a) increase or decrease the number of points received for a visit or required for a reward; (b) withdraw, limit, modify, or cancel any reward or category; (c) add blackout dates, limit products and services available for reward redemption at any participating cinema or stores, change or restrict participating cinemas and stores, or otherwise restrict the continued availability of rewards; (d) change program benefits, partner stores, cinema locations served by Cinepolis or its partners, conditions of participation, rules for receiving, redeeming, retaining, or forfeiting points, or rules governing the use of rewards; (e) change or cancel its Club Cinepolis and partner store rewards. The accumulation of points does not entitle members to any vested rights with respect to points, rewards, or program benefits. In accumulating points, members may not rely upon the continued availability of any reward or reward level
Participation in the Club Cinepolis program is subject to the terms and conditions, rules, regulations, policies and procedures ("Program Rules") that Cinepolis may, in its discretion, adopt from time to time. Cinepolis may amend the Program Rules at any time without notice. Cinepolis has the sole discretion to interpret and apply the Program Rules
Cinepolis may maintain information of Club Cinepolis members and award points for purchases made at participating Cinepolis cinemas and participating stores.
Club Cinepolis is an additional and optional program. Therefore, Cinepolis reserves the right to revoke or change the program at any time without any outstanding obligation to the members, with or without any notice.
The points accumulated are redeemable only for products and services at participating Cinepolis locations and participating stores.
POINTS
The Club Cinepolis member receives points for qualifying purchases at participating Cinepolis cinemas and participating stores. In case of fractions, the points are rounded off to the nearest lower integer.
The award of points is subject to the Club Cinepolis Program Rules. Each member is responsible for reading the Club Cinepolis terms and conditions, newsletters, and account statements in order to understand his or her rights, responsibilities, and status in the program

The points are non-transferable, i.e. points accumulated by one Club Cinepolis member cannot be transferred to another.
The points received after 1st of April of any calendar year are valid until the 31st of March of the next calendar year. On the 1st of April, the unused points received since 1st of April of the previous year will be lost and the point balance will be set to zero.
Transactions involving redemption of points will not create new points in the program
USE
Present membership identification information, such as the phone number, e-mail address, etc., at the time of purchase to accrue points on the membership account identified.

The points can be redeemed at a participating Cinepolis cinema or participating store by providing a proof of membership.
If a Club Cinepolis member is found to be misusing the program and its benefits, his or her membership may be cancelled, or the person may be barred from using the program again.
RESTRICTIONS
Employees of Cinepolis and employees of Cinepolis’ subsidiaries are ineligible to participate in Club Cinepolis

In order to keep you apprised of your Club Cinepolis membership status, Cinepolis may send you certain program information that may include printed periodic statements of your account and other information necessary for administration; printed or email marketing materials from Cinepolis (including Club Cinepolis, cinemas and other titles owned by Cinepolis and its subsidiaries) which will inform you of special offers and products we believe would be of interest to you; and marketing materials from third parties that have a strategic marketing relationship with the Club Cinepolis Program. The information you provide to us when enrolling in Club Cinepolis and redeeming points is processed in our computer systems. As a participant in Club Cinepolis, you have consented to receive all of the kinds of information described above.
